Rejves Machinery’s mono head capping machines are used to work with a speed range that can reach up to 45 bottles per minute. These applications are extremely flexible and versatile and are able to work various styles of closures, from screw-caps to twist-off caps, from flip-top to push-pull caps and can be provided in Mechanical, Hybrid or Electronic version. The TM-PF is also modular as it can be integrated with new bottle and cap changeparts at a later stage. Our free standing cappers are completely customizable according to our customer’s requirements, both in case they are integrated in a new production line or into an existing one. During the design process, our technical department together with the client’s will study the best layout to fit our machine into the production plant. Our capping machines are able to work different kind of containers, from the smallest, which are typical with cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, to the biggest bottles for oil or detergents as used in homecare and industry.
Our electronic rotary capping solution is extremely flexible and versatile as well as able to work with any kind of closure, from screw-caps to snap-ons, from dispenser to trigger pumps or push-pull caps. The TR-TA-EL is available only in the electronic version and it can be integrated with new bottle and cap changeparts at a later stage. Our free standing cappers are completely customizable according to our customer’s requirements, both in case they are integrated in a new production line or in an existing one. During the design process, our technical department together with the client’s will study the best layout to fit our machine into the production plant. Our capping machines are able to work different kind of bottles, from the smallest, which are typical to the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry, to the larger containers for oil or detergents as used in homecare and chemical industry. The TR-TA-EL is equipped with a variable numbers of heads according to the production speed of the machine, from a minimum of 3 heads up to 12 heads. It is possible to adapt the layout of the machine to the customer’s needs and because of the 100% servo assisted operation this machine is considered “future-proof”, making the TR-TA-EL the perfect investment.
